Common Questions

All the products in our store are 100% authentic, they are all from official distributors in Korea.

You should always receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received yours 5 hours after placing the order, please check your spam folder/promotion tab. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@sunday-glow.com

Store Policies

While Sunday Glow is based in Toronto, Canada, our primary customer base is in the United States. All of our products are priced in United States Dollars (USD). If you are located in a country outside of the USA, your credit card will NOT be billed in US dollars. You will be billed in your local currency at the appropriate conversion rate based on our USD pricing. Your credit card issuer may charge a transaction fee. Celine & Z Inc./Sunday Glow is not responsible for any transaction fees associated with currency conversion, and will not refund orders for customers who are not aware that our pricing is in US dollars. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you understand you will be billed at a USD-adjusted rate in your local currency, and that conversion fees may apply. 

Shipping rates will be available at checkout. 

All US order are subject to a flat rate of $4 with tracking. 

Tracking is highly recommended for all international orders.

We ship WORLDWIDE! 

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For USA orders, please allow up to 5 additional business days for shipping.

For Canada orders, please allow up to 15 additional business days for shipping. 

For international orders, please allow up to 20 additional business days for shipping. 

Note that we aim to exceed these timeframes significantly, but many aspects of shipping are out of our control.

Please note that due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes. We do not provide refunds due to shipping exceptions/delays.

Because our products are cosmetic in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept exchanges or returns once the order has been placed.  

If you are ordering within the USA or Canada, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes, especially if it's under $200. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. 

Subscription

It is very easy and 100% hassle-free to cancel your subscription. 

  1. Go to your Subscription Confirmation Email
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click "Edit"
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page

The beauty gift will be randomly selected by default, like a mystery present from us. If you are not a fan of surprises, you can easily choose your beauty gift by:

  1. Go to your Order Confirmation Email
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click "Edit" under the tab Action
  4. Click " Change product variant"
  5. Save your selection

You are in total control of the recurring frequency /delivery schedule of your subscription. The default is once a month, you can change it by:

  1. Go to your Order Confirmation Email
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click "Edit" on the right
  4. Click " Delivery Schedule" on the left
  5. Save your selection

You can also change the next charge date by clicking "Next Charge Date".

You can always retake your Skincare Quiz and your skin profile on our end will be updated accordingly. Our skincare specialist will always personalize your mask set based on your newest Skin Quiz result.
