How It’s Made
Handcrafted in Toronto, Canada, our cleansing bars, made by my 3rd-generation skincare-making mom, feature premium purple gromwell infused in Camellia oil for six months. Enhanced with Witch Hazel Hydrosol, Turmeric Powder, Tea Tree essential oil, and more, it undergoes a triple-milling process, ensuring a luxurious lather, balanced pH, extended longevity, and intense hydration.
How To Use
- Build a lather in your hands or ideally in the free foaming bag the bar comes with, and directly apply the lather to the face and body. Rinse thoroughly.
To extend the life of your bar:
- Keep the bar away from flowing water
- Always allow it to dry fully between uses.

*Saponified: Purple Gromwell Root Infused in Olive Oil, Hazelnut Oil, Sesame Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Kaolin Clay, Bentonite Clay, Essential Oils Blend (lavender, tea tree, frankincense, vetiver, rosemary).
*Sodium hydroxide is used to saponify the oils, sodium hydroxide is not present in the finished product.

I tried the purple bar and it completely cleared my skin! I was shocked!
So I purchased this bar as a gift for my boss/best friend. And she was so excited and happy to try it out. So her skin problems that she had were red breakouts on her cheeks and chin. As well large pores on her nose. So it's been 4 days now after she's started using the bar. And im very surprised! On how much her skin looked plumped and glass looking. Her breakouts have become less red and inflamed. And her pores have shrunk. I've never seen her so happy with a product that can finally help her skin. It made me happy to see her loving her skin and becoming more confident in herself.
The soap broke me out, not sure if it was because of the essential oils or something else.
This Purple Bar is AMAZING. I already have Eczema since I was young but thankfully managed that in my late teens. Now as an adult, I struggle with hormonal acne due to fertility treatments. The hormones I take are doing a number on my skin. I started developing dozens of tiny little bumps all over my cheeks, chin, and nose. I hated elevator lighting because while you can use makeup to hide discolouration, almost any above lighting reveals texture and shadows of all the little bump clusters on my cheeks. Then on vacation in Japan in Nov 2024, I was lining up for a ride at Universal Studios Japan, saw a video of the purple bar and figured I had nothing to lose after trying so many other different Korean skincare products that didn’t work. Safe to say within a month, my smooth cheeks are back! I still break out during my time of the month and some surprises here and there, but nothing like before where I was so ashamed to take a picture without a filter on. I’ve had my bar for over half a year, I use it everyday, and it’s still there. You get SO much use out of it, it’s criminal. Just made my second purchase and will not be stopping anytime soon. Reference picture with makeup on and without, but that above lighting ain’t got nothing on my skin.
I am amazed at what rhys bar has done in less than 2 months! As someone who has been dealing with stubborn cystic and acne prone skin for about 8 months…I have found NOTHING to help even after trying all of the “viral acne clearing products”.
